Data collected and purpose

• Strategic maturity quiz: first name, email, and your quiz answers — used to send you relevant analyses and opportunities.
• Contact form: name, email, and message — used to respond to your request.
• Anna assistant (chat): the content of your messages is sent to Anthropic (provider of the Claude model) to generate a response. These exchanges are not retained by Athenable beyond the session.
• Audience measurement: we use Vercel Analytics, which does not set tracking cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, freely given when you fill out a form or start a conversation with Anna.

Hosting and retention period

Data from the quiz and contact form is stored in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database and the site is hosted with Vercel Inc. It is retained for 24 months from your last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object regarding your data. To exercise it, contact us: rachel@athenable.app.
